DRIVEpm Ad Network
Privacy Policy

DRIVE Performance Media (DRIVE) and its parent company, aQuantive, Inc., consider Internet user privacy to be of paramount importance. DRIVE’s privacy practices as described in this policy reflect our commitment to protecting users' privacy.

Advertiser Services

DRIVE Performance Media (DRIVE) is an online advertising solution provider, offering its industry-leading Selector™ technology and a CPA-based Performance Program. Our proprietary Selector™ technology enables us to identify the audience most likely to respond to an advertisement and to tailor ad placement accordingly. To do this, DRIVE uses cookies and action tags (a.k.a. web beacons) provided by Atlas, which is also an operating unit of aQuantive, Inc., to collect such anonymous information as session date and time, web pages viewed by the user, and other anonymous data such as search terms. In addition, DRIVE collects the user’s IP address. None of this information is associated with a known user by DRIVE. For more information about cookies and action tags and your choice to opt out of Atlas cookies, please click here to review the Atlas privacy policy.

DRIVE uses the aggregation of anonymous data to help us determine which ads perform best and which content is most appropriate for different users on an anonymous basis. This aggregate information may be shared with DRIVE’s affiliates, partners and customers.

DRIVE’s publisher insertion order contains detailed privacy language that our publishers are legally bound to follow. This language requires compliance with “all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to laws governing privacy, and data protection), and with the Self-Regulatory Principles Governing Online Preference Marketing promulgated by the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI).” Further, DRIVE’s publisher insertion order also contains links to the NAI’s web site and suggested privacy language. DRIVE also requires that its advertisers disclose their privacy practices and recommends adherence to NAI Principles.

The DRIVE Website

This website is intended primarily to offer information about our company and the services it provides. Like many Web sites, DRIVE may also collect and use anonymous site traffic data. Such data may include cookies, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time, and clicks. DRIVE may use these data to analyze trends, administer the site, customize messaging, and track aggregate site usage.

Right to Change This Policy

DRIVE reserves the right to change this policy at any time. We encourage you to review this policy whenever you visit our site in order to understand how your privacy may be affected. If we materially change how we use information about you, we will post a prominent notice prior to implementing the change.
